Hi Stacey, this is interesting. Do you mean that you can slide the volume of a phone call low enough to hear what voice-over is saying? I've tried activating and deactivating the side buttons in sound settings, but it didn't change anything to my problem. I wonder what can be different between your settings and mine. Cheers, JPR
