Again, I agree with Jean. :-) On my 4S VoiceOver is so low now, both on headphones and on the speaker, that it's very tricky to enter touch tones or navigate the phone screen because it's almost impossible to hear the voice. I was helping a friend set up an iPhone 4 yesterday, and it did not have this problem. I'd be curious to hear what others are finding.
