Hi listers Yesterday, I tried to reset my jail broken iphone 4 from the settings reset feature in ios 5.11 and now the phone is completely frozen. My wife tells me that she sees a rolling icon on the phone. It doesn't respond to anything, key presses, or if I attach it to the mac. What to do? Any suggestions?
