Hi Kliphton What a relief. I left it running with the spinning icon all night and next morning it was still the same. When I got to work, however, the battery was completely drained. When I hooked it to the machine it started after a while. I'm not sure what is happening but itunes doesn't see it. Even if I select not to back up to the cloud I still don't see it in Itunes. What other setting I'm I missing?
