I think it really depends on what you are doing. There are still tasks I find easier to accomplish on a laptop, but I think that is more a windows vs mac situation.
I use my iPad and my iPhone almost interchangeably except that my phone is with me all the time and my iPad is not. I guess that isn't especially helpful. Lol!
