I am using Westminster Chimes (not the lite version but the oter one) which has
more than one style to choose from and can be set as far as how much of the day
and how often it chimes; the chimes are really nice not synthetic or tinny
sounding. Then I use the "chime" app and have it set to voice so that I also
get the time announced. As I recall, besides setting up in the app, you may
have to do something in notifications for one or both of them, so if it doesn't
work immediately you should experiment. I really like both of them.

May the words of my mouth
and the meditation of my heart
be acceptable to You, Lord,
my rock and my Redeemer.
