Admittedly, I haven't done an encrypted backup in a while. What do you
mean by you can no longer backup apps to your local computer? Does
that mean the mobile apps folder is no longer present in windows
explorer?

I used to back up my apps folder before doing major apps updates just
in case some of my favorite apps got broken. What a shame if that is
no longer possible.
