Are you running the latest version of iTunes? I’m not sure if that’s a problem,
but it might be. I know there have been issues in the past where you had to
have your iTunes up to a certain level for things to work life. I can’t get the
Quickstart to work either, and it is frustrating. I know my old iPhone is
running the latest and greatest. But I suppose if the new iPhone isn’t, like
maybe it’s on iOS 12.0, that might be the problem. Do you have an iCloud back
up?
