If you are using voice over and it is reading something on the screen, if
you want to stop voice over talking for a minute to do something, you can do
a two finger single tap to stop speech, then a two finger single tap to
start it speaking again. Alternatively, you can turn off speech altogether
by doing a three finger double tap , then start it again the same way with a
three finger double tap.
I am not sure when you would use this feature, as voice over will still be
on in both cases.
Siri will say 'speech off' after the three finger double tap, and 'speech
on' when you do the three finger double tap again.
