For me, it's not as bad as IOS 9 was. I had to reboot my phone every
time I answered a phone call for like four months with IOS 9. I had to
restart VoiceOver every time I replied to an email message for two
years. I'm not seeing those problems myself with IOS 13, but unlike all
of those unsympathetic people who didn't have the same issues I did with
IOS 9, I feel the pain of those of you who are running into similar
issues in IOS 13.

The other is a new issue. My default voice is Alex. But when I perform a
triple click, Samantha is the voice and I have to go into settings and go back

And, of course, there is the mailbox. But Apple supposedly knows about this.
The focus issues really aren’t fix. Maybe slightly better. But it is
definitely buggy still.
Having said all this, version 13 is not a show stopper. Of course, you have to
had version 13 with the iPhone 11 which I really like.
