Hi, Joshua, I’m glad you’re doing so well with your phone. I had trouble with my 7+ and I was on with Apple accessibility last Thursday until 3 o’clock in the morning. I had a guy that wasn’t sure what to do. Eventually, we got everything straightened out though. Take care. I use memos a lot too and I love that app. Enjoy some more! Esther
