hi, Joshua, thank you and all of the rest of you for your concern for my problem. I was getting only clicks on my phone without the voice over voice. It was rather weird. It happened once before. Anyway, it seems to be good for the moment! I no the 7+ is rather large but I do like it size. I also turn it sideways when I am listening to music or a TV program because the stereo comes out really well. I also have the jam box Bluetooth speakers which are great! I don't know if Jim box still makes them. Anyway, thank all of you again! Esther
