Esther said Apple Accessibility eventually got it sorted. It sounds like it was more involved than what could have been dealt with through a bunch of Emails. She also didn't say how long she was on the phone, just that it took until 3AM. We are all glad to help when we can, but some times the call to Apple Accessibility will result in a faster solution. Emails can end up taking a couple of days or more to figure out what's happening.
