it was quite a nightmare! The agent that I worked with had to really think about how to help me. He kept saying well, let's see, let's try this!" It took a long time but it seems that everything is all right so far, thank goodness! I had to reset my password and do other things. Sometimes I would just get clicks instead of the voice. I've had this problem before. I really couldn't email anybody because as I said I wasn't able to get the voice. Anyway, thank all of you for your concern for my phone problems.
