Still there and, if I remember correctly, same as before. Find the photo you want to share, double tap on it and then look for the Share button, it is on the left at the bottom, you have 3 items there: Share, Favorites, Delete, as I said, Share is on the left, Favorites right in the middle and Delete on the right. Share and delete are regular buttons, Favorites is a "switch button" and it's off by default, if you double tap it you will toggle it to on and then the picture would appear in your Favorites folder. Just above those three buttons and across the entire width of the screen is the "Photo chooser" bar which for me right now says "Photo 586 of 613", you can flick up or down to go to the previous or next photo just like you have the "Page 2 of 4" above the dock on the home screen where you can flick up to go to the Today screen or down to go to your second, third, fourth and so on home screen.
