Did you hold down the button to put it in pairing mode after turning it on? It is the right-hand most of the two rectangular keys that are by themselves on the just below the slot for an iPad on the top opposite of the dial. You need to hold that in for several seconds while in the bluetooth settings. The keyboard will show up toward the end of the bluetooth settings after the words other devices. Are you sure you have it powered on?
