If you have any sighted assistance, or use Be My Eyes or Aira, you could also make sure that someone can see that a little light is on to confirm the power is on. And I don't check mail daily but it has arrived. And I too can't seem to pair it or have my phone pick it up. I found the two slim rectangular buttons to the right there's a slider switch on the back which is either on or off. The battery tab was pulled out. Don't know what to do with that rotating button at the top I read something that said I had to set it to channel 1 or 2 or three but maybe it's too early to do that at this point.
