well I found my Bluetooth keyboard in my mailbox rather than at my door which is where packages usually are left. And I don't check mail daily but it has arrived. And I too can't seem to pair it or have my phone pick it up. I found the two slim rectangular buttons to the right there's a slider switch on the back which is either on or off. The battery tab was pulled out. Don't know what to do with that rotating button at the top I read something that said I had to set it to channel 1 or 2 or three but maybe it's too early to do that at this point. I have no clue how to even get this thing started so that I can learn the layout and so on. deidre
