Mary, What are the options you see when you double tap the menu button?
Sorry if this question has already been asked, but I’m coming in late to this discussion. And to comment on what someone else suggested, I don’t believe it has anything to do with the length of time you have had the title. Just to test, I tried with a title I’ve had for several years and got the exchange this title with no problem.
