Well, unless they’ve made a change, the ability to actually return a book is dependent on when you bought it. If you bought it more than a year ago, you cannot return it. That is of course, unless audible has changed something. So maybe you see the exchange thing in there, but if you double tap on it, do you actually get to exchange the book for something else? As far as what’s in that menu, I have everything everybody else has with the exception of the exchange button. It has things like cancel, send, favorites, book details, and there might be one more, but it’s not relevant.
