The website might work just fine for exchanging an Audible title but you don’t' 
have to go there. I just executed the menu button next to one of the titles in 
my Audible library using the iPhone app and when I double tapped on the 
Exchange this title option, I was presented with a screen containing a picture 
of that title saying I'd pick a new title in a moment and that I'd get one 
credit back after removing the title from my library. A button at the bottom of 
that screen said Let's do it. I stopped at that point but the Exchange this 
title option appears to be working just fine provided your Audible app has it 
in your menu choices. I'm in the States and I know the exchange option isn't 
available in some other countries or on Mary Otten's iDevice.

To exchange a book, you must go the web page. Then go int your account. Move to 
the link that lists all your book purchases. Move down to the one that you want 
to exchange. Move to the link that indicates why you cannot exchange the book. 
It will give you a choice of contacts. Choose the E-mail option and tell them 
which book that you want to exchange. They will respond to you.

toolbar? When I check that, it states the various features of my Audible 
account including a separate button for exchanges. I'm curious whether

Well, I did sign out of my Audible account on one of my phones and then sign 
back in. I still don�t have that exchange or return option in my menu, so if I 
want to return something, i�ll just have to do it the old-fashioned way on the 
PC. Strange.
