I'd also be happy to help. The tripple press of the home button is
only in effect when the phone has been turned on for the first time.
If it's already been set up, then the user would go to
settings/accessibility/accessibility shortcut and select VoiceOver to
configure this.
After that, then use the tripple press of the home button to turn on VoiceOver.
