I have been using the Instacart app for more than two years with a great deal of success. However, in the last five months I notice that, when chatting with a shopper, the screen refreshes every ten to twelve seconds. This means that if I am reading a fairly long message from the shopper, the screen refreshes before I complete it and after screen refresh I need to start over reading.
Anyone else notice this? Instacart has been unresponsive in acknowledging the issue and Apple says they have never seen it. I should say that this issue occurred with my iPhone XS Max and now happens also with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Any thoughts are appreciated.
