Just tonight I had to deal with the refreshing thing during a chat. When I 
wasn’t sure if what I had written was cut off, I sent via text message through 
the Messages app, since you can do this through the messages you get from 
Instacart once shopping has started. Since these are text rather than 
iMessages, they have to be done on your phone. It’s been a while since I 
started doing this, so I don’t remember for sure, but I think you set it up in 
Instacart settings for getting the chat notifications within the Instacart app 
to also appear as text messages.
