When I got my SE 22nd edition I did not get a set of the Apple lightning earbuds. I did get an adapter that I can plug-in to the lightning port that will allow me to charge the phone and use the 3.5 your phones with it at the same time. This adapter is known as the Belkin rockstar. I got it from my local Verizon phone store when I bought accessories for the iPhone SE 20.
