Your iPhone still has a headphone jack, it is the Lightning port where you also plug in the charging cable. I don’t know which iPhone you have and maybe the iPhone 13 does no longer ship with the Apple Earpods with Lightning port, but you can get a set for I think $19 from Apple and I highly recommend it as a backup.
