Hi all, so I am with Verizon, and we are trying to get new iPhones. I did not 
know that it was such a pain in the tail to get an iPhone. Two years ago when I 
got the iPhone, I had  no problem, all I had to say, was I want an iPhone? They 
asked what I want it and I got it. Now, You have to go through hoops to get it. 
And from what it looks like the hoops are not that accessible. If anyone has 
Verizon as their phone carrier have they had problems? And if you have, what 
did you do?   For example, apparently, there is a billing quote that you have 
to agree to. And I tried to do that, but it looks like I might have to register 
and get an online Verizon account or something. I don’t know.
