I've been a Verizon customer for around 6 years and I'm not changing any time soon. Their customer service is very good and I have a great plan. If the trade in deals are that good when I get a phone after the next 5 years or so, I just might have to get my next phone from them. I like the my Verizon app. I can quickly and easily check my data usage which is great.
