Yes, Richard made an excellent point, turning off attention makes it easier by a lot. I could do it fine with attention on except for at night. I lost my sight in an accident so both my eyes are prosthetic and I prefer to not have them in a t night and it simply won't work at all in this case just as it wouldn't work if attention is on and you had your eyes closed or mostly closed.
