Hi, I'm totally confused by your statement. The iPod touch is using the same "legacy processor", and "worthless camera" as you put it that's found on the iPad mini. Not to mention there is no cellular model of the iPod touch, and its only $30 cheaper than the cheapest iPad mini. It all boils down to 3 things. And if your blind, its really 2 things. Do you want cellular data on your device, and how big of a device do you want to use. Nothing more, nothing less in my opinion.
