The ipad mini is for those who have never had an apple device or don't have 
an ipod, they do pretty much the same thing, according to the apple rep! 
The icons are larger on the ipad mini!  One of these days, apple will come 
out with  the mini pc with more memory and your computer will fit in your 
pocket!  not quite there, I have way more data on my pc that won't all fit 
on the iphone or ipod touch or ipad!  Heather
