The one I use is Guided Photo Pro. It takes a good face shot and tells you where to put the camera. I have found though, if you want more than your face, you can listen to the phone and its own camera app will tell you where it sees the face. Top center will usually do a centered bigger picture of you and face centered does similar to Guided Photo Pro. Takes practice but it does work well.
