I think you're talking about whether APH will come out with an IOS app or not, while I think Andy is talking about why APH didn't build an IOS based braille note taker. Since Android is open source, they don't need to work out any licensing deals with anyone to use Android. This is why APH has come out with a GPS app for Android, since they just had to port it from their IOS based braille note taker. I don't know if they're planning on coming out with a port of this app for IOS, but it wouldn't surprise me if they were contemplating it or even already working on it.
