The Glonass system is mainly for for former Soviet union area. It's
availability andd accuracy on US will probably depend on how accurate
location services they need at States:-)

newer model?

The other gps system it supports that starts with the letter g, sorry
can't remember the name is that just available in europe or also here
in the U.S.?
