Hi Eileen,

If you are looking for a way to shut up Voiceover during a call there is a
much better and easier method. Once you are on a call just take your phone
away from your ear for a moment, then do a triple finger double tap to mute
speech. This way Voiceover gestures like a 2-finger double tap to end the
call will still work.

Of course this will not disable the speakerphone if you take your phone away
from your ear, but I find it's a much faster and better way to turn off
speech temporarily.

Regards,
Sieghard

Hi Sieghard,

I will try these suggestions when I have a few minutes later on this
evening. I have noticed that VO will speak when I'm on a call and it's most
annoying. Now, I have a method on how to turn VO off during a call. Thanks.

Eileen
