i think some listers need to consider that NDA is a legal document. And Apple 
has absolute right to keep it as for developers only. Unfortunately, there are 
people that do not respect such document and often take advantage of the fact 
that they got access to betas before any of the initial official release.
I think, Kara's email, and the rest of the listers should be respected in this 
matter.
Although some take pleasure on violating NDAs, but like most of the listers, i 
respect NDA and acknowledge the existant of it's legality. Either in Apple NDA, 
or any other NDAs
