They were very good when i lost audio from one side. They replaced the
headset and even gave me the new one that has some spoken messages.

I am wearing my IPhone around my neck, hanging down in front of me and of
course the aftershokz on my head with the buttons down towards my neck.
I am also having the issue that when using aftershokz with my GPS apps the
speech is often cut off.
I used the headset mostly indoor when I got it without problems.

Where is your phone while you're walking? I used to keep my phone in my
left pocket turned upside down with the screen pointed toward me and I
had a terrible time with Bluetooth. I now use a fanny pack and carry
the
phone in the front pocket. This has helped immensely.
This seems to be more an issue with Bluetooth connectivity than with the
Bluez, because I have another pair of BT headphones and have similar
results with the phone in my pocket.
