Here is something very strange, and please do not hold me to what I am about to write, because it makes no sense to me. But my 4 s was doing the same thing, and I used the rotor went through all the settings from the home screen and back to headings which is where I usually keep my rotor. this seems and I emphasize seems to have fixed the issue. I am certain we are going to find a few bugs some major some miner that is always true when you have a new software. However thus far I am very impressed and what other major company has ever given a tinkers damn about us blind folks when they upgrade their operating system.
