I have a problem with vo it's strange but vo jumps items when i flicking.

I noticed that in iOS 7, when I swipe around on the screen, voiceover seems
to skip items. It also seems to be much more sensitive than before. Is there
a new method that I need to know about when flicking around for the screen?
