When you say "VO is unstabil on my device" what exactly do you experience?
What device do you have? What do you do when you find Voiceover is not
stabil?
Same goes for VO jumping around, this is not something I have experienced
on
my 4S and I have been running iOS 7 starting with Beta 5 for about a month
now.
