Even though the government is back up and running, it may take them a
while to get everything going smooth on the site and with the app. I
submitted a problem report but have not received any acknowledgement
of my message. Guess they have some catching up to do. If you are
still getting the authorization trouble in a few days, email their
main address:

I think the BARD Mobile support address is:
[email protected]
but am not sure of that. I have never had any authorization issues
when downloading books directly to my iPhone.
