Ah, yep, you're right. When I need to enter my pass code, I can just
three finger swipe from left to right or right to left to move between
the unlock page and the page where it prompts for my pass code, and the
page announcement matches this movement. Thanks David!

I'm not sure if it's any different on an iPad or not, but on an iPhone, you
can just do a three finger swipe from right to left to get to your second
page. You should also see an item at the bottom, right above the dock, that
says something like 1 of 2 pages, adjustable item. If you double tap this,
it'll take you to your second page.
