Hi Jen, I have an iPod for which has recently been sluggish. I decided to give this app ago, but only managed to save about 59 meg, so don't whether it's really worth it. I might give it another go though!

I did however get everything fixed by restoring my phone to factory settings, then setting up as new phone and finally syncing everything back. Just a question though about i clean does it speed up your devices once it has done running? I have an iPod touch 4 that is running ios 6 and is sluggish. Wondering if this will help.
