Hi John, If I had an iPhone which couldn't get me through the day (assuming normal usage without using GPS for a couple of hours) I would do a Factory reset and set up the phone as a new device. I would then check for a couple of days with no apps installed, but with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on. If the problem was still there I would call Apple to arrange for a replacement since it is not normal that the battery should only last 5 or 6 hours until you were constantly using it as in 4 hours worth of phone calls and 2 or 3 hours of surfing, playing video or games etc.

My wife has a 5 and I have a 5s. She has nothing running where as I have 5 or 6 apps on, and Bluetooth on. My phone will run for a couple of days without needing a charge while hers will only run for a few hours. She can't go to work and make it home on a single charge. Therefore I contend that a defect exists in her phone. On 2/9/14, Andy Baracco <[email protected]> wrote: > Hard to go without wireless, because so many things we do depend on > connectivity.
