I have used both Uber and Lift independently. I thought the Uber app was a little better, but both are fine. I love Uber in fact. I thought it was not accessible because of the map pins. You don't have to use them at all though. You can search for addresses or it will list addresses you've recently used in the area. If you schedule your pickup in a different location of the building than the actual address, it might appear a little different on the map for the driver. If you think there's any doubt at all, you can call the driver. I generally do unless I'm in front of a really obvious place. This way I can tell them I'm a blind person etc. and shift the responsibility of making that connection to them. They're fine with it. The only part of Uber that is not accessible is tracking the driver's location. but you can track the elapsed time. It's not always accurate but that's not about accessibility.
