Hi, I have had trouble using Lyft as all the drivers are busy every time I try to get a lift somewhere. So, I have not had personal experience using this yet. I plan to keep trying though. However, one of my students told me that they had difficulty requesting a lift. Something about not knowing which button to hit, and nothing able to see the phone number of the driver on the screen. She usesvoiceover. Again, I can't speak to this, because I have yet to use lift.
