Hello, I've used Uber a couple of times, and with good results. When I used the app, the only non accessible part was fine tuning your location via a graphical pin on a map. However, since you usually get a text or a call from the driver who is looking for you, you can clarify any GPS discrepancies directly with your driver. I was amazed at how well it worked and if you have a picture set up in your profile, the driver even knows who to look for. I cannot comment on the cost, but it is fairly competitive with other car services. Although, I think I could have done a little better on my airport ride prearranging a car. That said, it's nice not to have to think about the tip or cash or card. Uber does that all for you.
