Are you using Twitteriffic? This app keeps causing my location tracking to come back on, despite my having itturned off in settings.

Location Services tracking keeps coming back on in the status bar of my 5s. This is definitely causing faster draining of my battery. Prior to the 7.1 update this never occurred on my phone. Maybe I am the only one having this particular issue, but if there is something else I can do within settings I would appreciate knowing about it.
