Hi Bill, No, I do not have that app. I think it must be one app that I have, but not sure.
It’s just weird though, because it does turn itself back on. As soon as I notice my battery rapidly dropping, I check the status bar, and, yup, location tracking will be back. I have never seen this behavior before 7.1.
