Hi Alex, Okay, I have done the agreement before to download any updates.
But when I double tap on the download and install it doesn't do anything or take me to the agreement page . I can't even get my wy fy to work so I can do the download. I do have wy fy turned on in my phone and I do have a wirerless router hear at home and I use belkin for my network connection with the passcode but it won't even except that. I successfully downloaded the last update with out any problems but this time I'm having problems and I don't know what to do next ? Any ideas?
